So some of my friends and I spent 3 months working on a scene recreating “Best Day/Worst Day” from Looking For Alaska. Hope you enjoy it.

I decided I wanted to make my own paper cut version of a book cover for John Green’s ‘Looking for Alaska’. It’s based on a combination of the labyrinth idea within the book and the white flowers which are so significant.
The second photo is of me holding it, just to prove to you all that it is cut from one single sheet of card. xD
This is NOT for sale, however I do have items for sale in my etsy shop.
If anyone wants to suggest other books for me to do covers for then feel free!I hope you like it. :)

What a treacherous thing to believe that a butt is more than a butt
The thing about butts is that they demand to be felt
You will go to the paper butts and you will never come back!
The way I figure it, everyone gets a butt.
My thoughts are farts I cannot fathom into poops
IT’S NOT MY FAULT MY PARENTS OWN THE WORLD’S LARGEST COLLECTION OF BUTT SANTAS
I’ve had a rather John Green centred day. Here’s some art I did in appreciation of the covers of his books which are my favourites (The Fault in Our Stars, Looking for Alaska and Paper Towns).

So I have been talking to this guy I really like for about a month now, and I was at work one day and he surprises me, bearing my favorite Starbucks drink. I had lent him Looking For Alaska, because he said he never really enjoyed reading, and I told him this book would change that. So he told me he was done with it, and he took me home from work. We get in front of my house and he’s like “I want another book!” So I told him I’d run inside and get him Paper Towns. As I was getting out he grabs me and is like “wait! there’s this quote I wanted to show you on page… 123 I think. I like it a lot and I’m surprised you didn’t highlight it!” and so I turn to the page, and there is this post it note pointing to that sentence.
I was asked out via a John Green book.
I’ve been writing songs for a while now, and I’ve been a nerdfighter for a while, and I’ve been in love with LfA for awhile now… and yet it wasn’t until Alaska Young Day that I wrote a song about my favorite book, and it wasn’t until yesterday after John and Hank’s Evening of Awesome that I finally finished it and this morning I got the courage to record it and post it here.
Take a moment to listen to it if you could be so kind
But don’t listen to it if you have yet to read Looking for Alaska and want to be free from spoilers!
