I am concerned about the exterior of your Missoula headquarters, as well as your practice’s logo. Are you aware that the symbol currently on display is frequently associated with the Harry Potter phenomenon? It is a symbol named the “Deathly Hallows”, and is highly celebrated among the Harry Potter fandom. It is possible that many civilians draw erroneous conclusions about your practice due to your use of that symbol. For example, some Harry Potter fans may think that your practice is an outbuilding of the Ministry of Magic in disguise. Your building may soon become the object of much scrutiny, and may draw a conspicuous audience that could be detrimental to your business. On the other hand, it could also help publicize your business. You may also want to investigate this for copyright reasons. 
If you are aware of the use of this symbol in JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series, and are exploiting that fact to boost your own business, then shame on you.
