open-the-blast-doors: I’m finished, I just wanted to speak briefly on why I wanted to start this piece. I mainly wanted to pay tribute to John and Paper Towns because 1. the books fantastic and 2. it was through Nerdfighteria and John (and my best friend George) that I got really excited about reading, I loved reading as a kid but when you’re young you’re easily distracted and so over the years I stopped reading altogether. It was through the Vlogbrothers and John that I had a place to start and Paper Towns was the first book I read since picking it up again, and my collection is slowly growing and I hope I never look back.  So I feel it necessary to say thank you to someone who has been a massive influence, Thank you and DFTBA.
